A traffic stop in Monroe County yielded a fugitive from justice wanted out of New Jersey for drug charges.

State police at Lehighton say Thomas Carey, 33, of Stroudsburg, was stopped at 12:30 p.m. May 2 at Doney Road at Weir Lake Road in Chestnuthill Township.
