Nesquehoning School District was formally admitted to the Panther Valley Joint School Board at a meeting this evening. There were four Nesquehoning members present at teh outset of the meeting, which was sufficient for the majority vote of the seven-member board. The agreement, which becomes operative beginning July 1, states that the Nesquehoning District becomes a part of the jointure during the 1964-65 term only as an attendance area. The students will attend schools in Nesquehoning during this school year.
