A two-car crashed occured Friday evening, April 9, in Schuylkill County.

The collision occurred at around 6:11 p.m. along SR61 and Built Well Road in North Manheim Township when a 2005 Ford Escape, operated by Steven A. Brobst, 54, of Weston, was stopped in the left lane for traffic that was slowing and/or stopping.It was at that point when a 2009 Hyundai Accent, operated by Christine Cook, 43, of Pottsville, struck the rear of Brobst's vehicle with its front bumper.Neither Brobst nor Cook were injured. Both were wearing their seatbelts.
