Pennsylvania State Representative Julie Harhart of the 183rd District, covering parts of Northampton and Lehigh counties, is sponsoring a free college financial aid seminar Wednesday, March 31, from 7- 9 p.m. at Whitehall-Coplay Middle School, 2930 Zephyr Blvd., Whitehall. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
