State police at the Frackville barracks said Henry Leary, 49, of Lost Creek, was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 16, at 1:40 p.m. after police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of SR924 and Pioneer Road in Shenandoah.

Police said it was learned Leary was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant in Schuylkill County. He was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped.Police said Leary was committed to the county prison in Pottsville.
