No one in Carbon County will argue the fact the new Walmart site along SR443 in Mahoning Township is nothing but an excavation wonder. It seemed as if it only took days for excavators to build a mountain to rest the sprawling new store. The site work is well under way and now walls of the new super structure are starting to appear. After almost 10 years of preparation area shoppers are biting at the bit to see what the new business will bring to the area.
