Three persons were cited for underage drinking.

State police at Lehighton said Andrew Paul Witt, 20, Elizabeth Marie Gannon, 19, both of Kunkletown, and a 16-year-old male from Saylorsburg, were found "manifestly" under the influence of alcohol about 1:38 a.m. on Saturday, March 6.The three were found following a traffic stop along Bletzville Drive West of SR534 in Polk Township, Monroe County. Troopers said the driver, not identified by troopers, was also charged with driving under the influence (DUI).
