A Monroe County couple have been cited for harassing each other.

State police at Fern Ridge said on Dec. 7 about 11 p.m. troopers went to the residence of Jean Pillon, 42, and Charles Rogers, 48, of Ash Lane, Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, for a domestic incident.Troopers said the two were engaged in an argument during which both slapped the other in the face. Each were issued a citation, troopers said.
