Hibbler of 171 S. Second St., Lehighton, cited on March 5 by officer Richard Neikam for retail theft from Redner's Warehouse Market for taking merchandise valued at $22.83.Joel A. Hunsicker of 5 Third Ave., Nesquehoning, cited on March 8 by officer Carl Breiner for retail theft from Redner's Warehouse Market for taking merchandise valued at $5.19.Vehicle violationsNeikam and officer Derek Marouchoc issued citations between March 4 to March 13 to two drivers speeding on Route 54; three drivers speeding near the intersection of Oak and Catawissa streets, clocked going 42, 49 and 56 mph in a 25 zone; three citations issued for not having a vehicle registered, insured and unauthorized transfer or use of vehicle registration; one driver driving without a license; a driver who was operating a vehicle with a registration sticker that expired in June 2015; and one driver cited for speeding in the area of Cemetery Road and Route 209 going 58 mph in a 40 zone.Officer Tim Wuttke issued citations between March 8 and 11 to Matthew Dennis of 166 Coal St. in Nesquehoning for operating an ATV on Rhume Street, as well as not having a certificate or title, insurance and registration for the ATV.Wuttke also cited three drivers along Route 93 for not having a license and speeding. In both speeding cases, the drivers were clocked going 72 and 76 mph in a 55 zone.Other citationsWuttke on March 7 cited a person on Ridge Street for being in an area where they aren't allowed.Ricardo Guzman of 90 E.
