Bible SchoolSt. Matthew's UCC will be holding Vacation Bible School from 9-11:30 a.m., the week of July 14-18 in the church grove.Children between the ages of 4-12 will be sailing along to learn about Jesus' ministry on and around the shores of Galilee. Fathers will receive a coupon for a free dip of homemade ice cream at the Strawberry Festival and they can enjoy the free car show.Donations neededPleasant Valley Ecumenical Network needs donations of new underwear and shoes for males and females of all ages.It also needs nonperishable food items, especially boxed cereal, mac n' cheese, tuna and peanut butter. Those items can be dropped off at St. Matthew's during office hours, 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and 8-11:30 a.m. Sunday mornings.Exercising seniorsThere is a low-impact exercise class for those over 55 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., every Tuesday and Thursday at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company.
