Three Lehighton residents were cited for public drunkenness in separate incidents.

Borough police said Barry L. Rausch, 42, of 384 Long Run Road, was cited on Saturday, Aug. 10, about 7:10 p.m. in the Lower Park along South St.Raquel Mary Elizabeth Brown, 43, of 221 1/2 S. East Alley was cited about 10:35 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, in the 300 block of S. Second St.Jasmine L. Conner, 32, of 216 Carbon St., was cited about 8:20 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, in the parking lot of Gypsy Hill Gardens.
