Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Daniel McGoldrick, 20, of 2155 Forest St., Lehighton, for possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred on July 1 at 9:50 p.m. in the 800 block of Alley L.Disorderly conductCriminal charges were filed against Mark Suchon, 53, of 173 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, for escape, resisting arrest, and persistent disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on July 4 at 6:03 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Ricky Stevens, 31, of 8 Hillside Ave., Palmerton, for simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on June 14 at 2:06 a.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.DUICriminal charges were filed against Zachary Kasko, 28, of 275 Flora Circle, Lehighton, for DUI. The incident occurred on May 13 at 3:14 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and Fifth Street.Criminal charges were filed against Shana Ahner, 19, of 50 Barbara Ave., Lehighton, for DUI. The incident occurred on April 13 at 4:58 a.m. in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Retail theftCriminal charges were filed against Jennifer Walker, 36, of 71 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, for two counts of retail theft. The incident occurred on April 5 at 8 p.m. in the 500-600 blocks of Delaware Avenue. Walker was also cited for retail theft for an incident that occurred on June 29 at 7:05 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.SpeedingDaniel Leslie Sr, 52, of 928 W. Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, was cited for speeding, restraint systems, and drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred on July 13 at 11:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road. BillieJo Swartz, 46, same address, was cited for permitting violation of title. The violation occurred on July 13 at 11:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Slatington male for speeding. The violation occurred on July 13 at 6 p.m. on Route 248 west.Robert Rice, 55, of 305 Hill Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 1 at 5:54 p.m. in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to Jeffrey Salemo, 34, of 551 Brighton St., Bethlehem, for speeding and driving under suspension. The violations occurred on July 12 at 2:45 p.m. on Route 248 east.Marlo Wargo, 42, of 146 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 13 at 5:25 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Tracy Bertalan, 38, of 4737 Ackermans Lane, Coopersburg, for speeding. The violation occurred on July 15 at 12:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Vehicle violationRobert Buck, 59, of 355 Hickory Road, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on July 14 at 10:05 a.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Corey Neff, 32, of 106 Avenue A, Palmerton, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on July 11 at 7:14 p.m. at First Street and Delaware Avenue.James Ruff, 37, of 634 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on July 11 at 6:53 p.m. in the 700 block of W. Princeton Avenue.Citations were issued to Shawn Bollinger, 32, of 2231 Mountain Road, Slatington, for expired inspection and drivers required to be licensed. The violations occurred on July 14 at 2:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.
