(AP) A Carbon County woman is accused of kicking in the basement window of her ex-boyfriend's home and then falling down a staircase.

Charged is Marlo Lynn Wargo, 45, of Palmerton.Hellertownpolice just before 11 p.m. Tuesday were called to the home in the 1000 block of Third Avenue. Court records indicate Wargo was banned from the property following a June 11 incident and staying away was a bail condition set by a district judge.Wargo allegedly was found at the bottom of the staircase in a "fetal position" when officers arrived. She told police she fell down the staircase and Emergency Medical Services were called, authorities said.Wargo was then taken to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill for treatment of undisclosed injuries.Wargo is charged with criminal trespass. She was arraigned before District Judge Douglas Schlegel, who set bail at 10 percent of $10,000. In lieu of bail, she was taken to Northampton County Prison.
