Chestnut Ridge Seniors

The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company.Bring a bag lunch. They will have a speaker from the Vision Loss Center and play bingo.Harvest HomeSunday is Harvest Home at St. Matthew's UCC. There will be a special celebration at the 9 a.m. worship service.Bring any produce and nonperishable food items to be displayed. The food will be donated to the Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network, and a special blessing will be given to the givers. PVEN is in need of cereal, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, jelly, soups, etc.Sunday school will follow at 10:30 a.m. with a class for every age.Bible studyPastor Suzanne Brooks-Cope and Dan Wunder lead a Bible study, Discovering the Bible, at 7 p.m. Wednesdays. It is a basic introduction to the Bible as a whole.
