Three local Class AA football teams and one AAA squad have had their seasons extended another week by qualifying for the District 11 playoffs or Eastern Conference.

Northern Lehigh drew the No. 2 seed in the district 2A bracket and will host No. 7 seed Salisbury on Saturday at Bulldog Stadium at 7 p.m.No. 4 seed Panther Valley will entertain No. 4 seed Tamaqua on Saturday at PV High Stadium at 7 in the 2A bracket.Northwestern Lehigh just missed out on the District playoffs, but earned the top seed in the Eastern Conference Division III playoffs.
