NOVEMBER 2, 1977An Architectural Review Board of seven people has been named to work in conjunction with the Downtown Beautification Project in Carbon County.They include Charles E. Wildoner, representing the county; Adam Begel, Redevelopment Authority; Margaret Moschak, County Planning Commission; Carol Witt, Jim Thorpe Council; James McElhenney, Jim Thorpe Planning Commission; John Cresci, Jim Thorpe Project Area Committee; and Galen P. VanDine, Mauch Chunk Historical Society.The committee will be charged with the responsibility of making recommendations to the county commissioners and PA Historical and Museum Commission on work proposed in the Lower Broadway Historical District, Jim Thorpe.
