Pleasant Valley picked up wins in cross country, volleyball, girls soccer, field hockey and tennis on Tuesday afternoon.

CROSS COUNTRYPleasant Vy.-ES North-ES South-StroudsburgThe Pleasant Valley boys and girls cruised to sweeps in their Eastern Pennsylvania Conference opener against East Stroudsburg South and East Stroudsburg North.In the boys race, the Bears dispatched ES South 19-36 and claimed a 15-50 win against ES North.
