Dear Readers,

Many of you know me for a long time as a committed Republican. But you probably don’t know that I was born and raised in a family of committed Roosevelt Democrats. They were hardworking parents who lived through the Depression.

My dad was part of the Greatest Generation fighting in the Battle of the Bulge for Patton, and he was proud to say his boss was Gen. Dwight Eisenhower. They were proud Democrats and believed in those for whom they voted. My father taught me to choose whom to vote for based upon their qualifications, character, and background, not the registration card they carried.

But the Democrat Party of today has lost its way. The party of Roosevelt and Truman would have no part of some of today’s Democrat candidates.

My family could tell the difference between a man and a woman, and in working hard to accomplish a goal (capitalism). They always supported the police, and they loved America and our flag.

Unfortunately, some of these Democrat candidates don’t believe in their importance. The Democratic Socialists of America are even worse.

Some people regard their political affiliation as important as their religious beliefs. If you believe your party deserted you, I suggest you change your registration. If you are inclined to do so, I can help you. If you disagree with many of these evil ideals, I ask you to vote for the GOP candidates who are not ashamed to say they love America.

They are true conservatives who believe in more for the people with fewer employees.

They believe in closed borders with legal immigration, backing the blue, and the right to life. If you believe in America as One Nation Under God, vote Republican. Thank you!
