A Northumberland County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said David Brown, 22, of Mount Carmel, was found slumped over the wheel of his vehicle at 5:35 p.m. on Monday along the north berm of Upper Main Street, just east of Gilberton, with the vehicle running. Illegal substances and drug paraphernalia were also found.Troopers said charges will be filed. The DUI charge is pending blood test results.
