State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 79-year-old Weatherly woman is the victim of a harassment by physical contact incident. Police were called to at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 6 at the Mountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 401 Hazle Township Boulevard, Hazle Township.

Police said it was determined that the woman was punched by another resident and sustained minor injuries.

• Police were called to a theft incident on Rockport Road, Lehigh Township.

A 61-year-old man from Weatherly told police that between 6:25 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 2 someone stole a decorative tricycle from his residence.

The tricycle was valued at $100, police said.
