Tamaqua police reported the following incidents:

• Police cited a woman for harassment in an ongoing neighbor dispute on North Greenwood Street.

Andrea Keitt, 44, was cited following an incident in which the victim told police she was walking her toddler home from school on Sept. 9 when an exchange with Keitt occurred.

The victim provided officers with video footage of the incident, police said.

• Police charged a borough woman who allegedly piled groceries into a shopping cart at the Boyer’s Food Store and left without paying.

Police were sent to the Cedar Street store at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 20 and learned that Kimberly Halye, 39, took items from the store and ran away while pushing the shopping cart.

Officers said Halye came to the station and admitted to the theft. She wrote a statement detailing the items she took, and said she would do it again if she didn’t have money to buy items.

Total loss to the store was approximately $247, including $87 in groceries and $150 for the shopping cart.

Police charged Halye with retail theft, theft by unlawful taking and illegal use of a shopping cart.
