Northwestern posted wins in both field hockey and boys soccer on Saturday.

The Tiger girls blanked Lehighton, while the soccer club stayed undefeated by edging Kutztown.

Pleasant Valley-ES South

Emma DePalma and Gabby Kutzler each scored a pair of goals to pace Pleasant Valley to a 7-0 shutout over winless East Stroudsburg South in EPC play.

Kutzler added two assists, and the Bears staked themselves to a 5-0 lead after two quarters.

PV also received tallies from Dixie-Leigh Bowes, Alex DePalma and Nevaeh Allie.

The Blue Raiders received 19 digs and three kills from Naomi Knitter, while Madison Schock contributed 13 digs, nine assists, five aces and four kills.

Jocelyn Chagolla tallied 22 kills to pace the Devils.
