Panther Valley graduate Austin Hadley had a monster game for Franklin & Marshall in a 31-17 victory over Catholic University.

Hadley, who was a second-team All-Centennial Conference defensive lineman a season ago as a junior, earned the first Player of the Week honor of his career after the Week 3 win. In that game he led the Diplomats with eight tackles, four-and-a-half tackles for losses, and two sacks.

On the season, the senior leads the team in several defensive categories and is a big reason the defending conference champion Diplomats are off to a 3-0 start.

In addition to his exploits on the football field, Hadley is a dual sport athlete for Franklin and Marshall where he is the reigning conference champion in both the shot put (indoors) and discus (outdoors) for the track & field team.
