State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• Ernest Gower, 51, of Kunkletown, was cited for harassment after police were called to Grand Mesa Drive, Chestnuthill Township, at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 17.

Police said a 66-year-old man from Effort told them Gower sent inappropriate letters to him.

• Gene White, 67, of Effort, was cited for trespassing after police were called to Twisted Oak Lane, Chestnuthill Township, at 9:06 p.m. Aug. 19.

Police said the complainant reported to them his neighbor notified him that she saw a male walking his dog on the complainant’s driveway and around the front of his house.
