State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following accidents:

• Police said Jeremy L. White, 50, of Albrightsville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance following a one-vehicle crash at 5:40 p.m. on Sept. 5 on Route 534 in Penn Forest Township.

He was driving a 2023 Ram west when it veered from its lane of travel and struck a Verizon utility pole along the road. Police said White fled the scene after the crash.

The crash, police said, was reported by White’s employer due to the truck being a company vehicle equipped with a crash notification system and crash cameras.

They said White was found at his residence and exhibited signs of impairment.

Police said the truck had minor damage to its passenger side.

• A driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, police said, and she and four other people had suspected minor injuries after a two-vehicle, rear-end collision at 4:18 p.m. on Sept. 4 on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said Tammy S. Graeber, 60, of Saylorsburg, is facing the charges. She and the driver of the other vehicle, James L. Sarandis, 41, of Kunkletown, and three passengers with him, Saralyn Sarandis, 39; a 12-year-old girl and a 9-year-old girl, all also from Kunkletown, were the injured parties; however, they did not require emergency medical services transports from the scene.

Police said the crash occurred as Graeber was driving a 2025 Subaru Outback when she failed to adapt to traffic conditions and slow her vehicle, which struck the back of a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan operated by James Sarandis.

Police said Graeber was confined in her vehicle and had to be extricated by non-mechanical means.

Both vehicles were able to pull over to the southbound shoulder of the road.

• Police said David B. Fahy, 64, of Havertown, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after a one-vehicle crash at 2:31 a.m. on Aug. 29 on the Merwinsburg Road, Chestnuthill Township. He was uninjured in the incident.

Police said he was driving a 2013 Volkswagen Passat north when it crossed the opposing lane of travel and drove off the left side of the road, striking a utility pole.

The car had disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Police said Fahy was also cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.
