A Tamaqua man, 28, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to an inactive domestic incident at 2:50 p.m. Aug. 27 on East Line Street, Tremont.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said that the victim is a 45-year-old woman from Tremont.
