State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Aug. 2 on West Washington Street, Frackville.

They said a 15-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, both from New Boston, are the victims of the domestic incident that was reported to police through the Schuylkill County Office of Children and Youth Services.

• A 38-year-old New Ringgold woman is the victim of a theft by deception incident police were called to at 9:06 a.m. Aug. 24.

They were summoned to East Railroad Avenue in the borough, where the woman told police that she was deceived into sending bitcoin to avoid being arrested.

• Police were called to the State Correctional Institute at Frackville, Altamont Boulevard, Ryan Township, at 2:22 p.m. Aug. 27 after an assault by a prisoner incident.

They said the victim is a 38-year-old man.
