Tamaqua police reported the following incidents:

• Jennifer Dipietro, 43, was cited for trespassing for entering a building on the 100 block of Pitt Street at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 22, police said.

According to police, officers were called to the home after receiving several complaints about Dipietro entering a condemned property. Police said that Dipietro had already received a warning for trespassing at the building on Aug. 21. At that time, she said she needed to get her belongings before the house is posted for sale. Police told her to make proper arrangements.

On Aug. 22, police knocked on the door and Dipietro eventually answered, saying that she needed to retrieve more items. She was told that she would be cited for trespassing since she was warned the evening before.

• Police charged Raymond Zigenfuss, 35, of Tamaqua, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he allegedly was yelling and cursing at children at the South Ward Playground around 7 p.m. Aug. 25.

Officers were called to the playground and spoke to witnesses who said that Zigenfuss was yelling and using profanity with children around. Adults at the playground told him to leave but he refused.

Police spoke to Zigenfuss, who kept repeating, “I did nothing.” Officers told him to leave but he did not. He also cursed at officers, police said.

He was taken into custody and police noted that he smelled of alcohol.

Zigenfuss admitted to drinking, and a preliminary breath test revealed his alcohol level was at 0.1%, according to police.
