State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police were called to a harassment by physical contact incident at 5:03 p.m. July 26 on Waterfowl Road, Heidelberg Township but said no charges were filed in the incident due to a lack of evidence.

A 29-year-old woman from the township was the alleged victim.

• Police are investigating a theft by deception incident they were called to at 5:31 p.m. July 26 on Memorial Road, Heidelberg Township.

The victim is a 76-year-old woman from Germansville.
