State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 59-year-old Saylorsburg woman is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident police were called to at 10:38 a.m. Aug. 4 on Jaggers Lane, Hamilton Township.

She told police someone accessed her American Express Reward Points account and stole 15,000 points that were on it.

• Regina Landeau, no age or address provided by police, was charged with terroristic threats and recklessly endangerment following a road rage incident police were called to at 3:56 p.m. July 26 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.

Police said she pointed a Glock 19 BB pellet gun at the victim after vehicles they were operating slowed for traffic and a verbal altercation followed.

• Police were called to a theft incident at 11:18 a.m. July 15 at 1556 Rachel Road, Hamilton Township.

They said the victim is James Colvenbach, 56, of Saylorsburg, who told them an unknown actor stole his Echo PD9010 leaf blower from the bed of his pickup truck when he and employees were conducting landscaping work at the residence.

Police said it is believed the thief was driving a pickup truck that the employees saw slowly drive past the driveway of the residence, back up and then leaving the driveway.

• Police are investigating a statutory rape/sexual assault incident involving a 6-year-old boy from Stroudsburg.

They said the ongoing assault had been taken place from 1998-2008 on Route 209 in Hamilton Township.

• A 46-year-old Saylorsburg man is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 2:09 a.m. March 15.

He was stopped in a 2006 Dodge for Motor Vehicle Code violations on Route 611 in Stroud Township.

Police said it was also determined he was under the recent influence of a controlled substance and was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, for processing.
