State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported that Virginia M. Neumuller, 82, of Staten Island, New York, was issued a warning for “duties at a stop sign” following a two-vehicle crash at 2:54 p.m. on July 20 at the intersection of Route 209 and Neyhart Road, Hamilton Township. No one was injured in the incident.

Police said she was driving a 2022 Buick Envision south on Neyhart Road when she failed to come to a complete stop and entered the intersection where the car struck a 1988 Ford F150 driven by Karalea A. Ruvo, 33, of Saylorsburg. Police said the F150 slid sideways and rolled onto its driver’s side.

Police were assisted at the scene by a local towing service.
