State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Gregory Christman, 52, of Saylorsburg, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police were dispatched to a road rage incident at the intersection of Upper Smith Gap and Mountain roads, Ross Township, at 4:07 p.m. on July 28.

Police said the victim is a 23-year-old woman from Saylorsburg, who told police Christman damaged her vehicle.

A 2015 Honda CRV and a 2026 Toyota Camry were involved in the incident.

• A 26-year-old man from Kintnersville and a 26-year-old woman from Quakertown are facing following an incident on July 26.

The man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 12:02 a.m. on July 26.

He was stopped in a 2016 Ford Focus for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

The woman is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was in the 2016 Ford Focus.

• Josh Meyers, 46, of Jim Thorpe, was charged with terroristic threats after police were called to an incident at 693 Route 903, Penn Forest Township, at 9:48.m. on July 25.

Police said victims of the incident are Megan Kates, 36, of Nesquehoning, and Cameron Mooney, 39, of Palmerton.

They said a verbal altercation between the parties escalated to a firearm being displayed and threatened to be used by Meyers.

• A 46-year-old woman from Stroudsburg is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 1:50 a.m. on July 25.

She was stopped in a 2013 Mazda for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 209 in Stroud Township.
