The Jim Thorpe 11-12 Little League All-Stars captured this year’s Panther Valley Tournament championship.
Thorpe went 4-0 in the three-team tourney, defeating both Anthracite and Towamensing twice by a combined score of 51-10.
Members of the team were Liam Thompson, Mason Pruitte, Jagger McElmoyle, Bentley Heydt, Julius Calcano, Miles Smith, Owen Hosier, Nick Dedinsky, Jase Hollenbach, Vincent Montefour and Alex Eckert.
The coaches were Steve Heydt, Kevin Thompson and John Eckert.
