East End Fire Company captured the 2026 Tamaqua 9/10-year-old Little League regular season championship by defeating American Hose 3-2 earlier this season.
Braxton Barrett was the starting pitcher for East End, striking out nine and allowing only one earned run in five innings.
American Hose took a 2-0 lead in the first inning thanks to singles from both Camdyn Lux and Rocco Biasi, along with an error. American Hose tied the score in the second inning on a two-run double by Owen Fryer that scored both Carson Phillips and Noah Vasquez.
Barrett helped his cause with a go-ahead, inside-the-park homer in the third inning.
Reliever Kaden Fink closed the game in the sixth inning after recording the final three outs, which included two strikeouts. He also finished with two hits at the plate. Biasi paced American Hose, going 2-for-2.
