Blue Mountain Resort opens new event venue

Blue Mountain Resort has unveiled a new event venue to host weddings, corporate retreats and celebrations that can accommodate up to 300 guests.

The year-round destination nestled in the Pocono Mountains has introduced its new Valley event venue, a versatile gathering space designed for weddings, corporate retreats, social celebrations and milestone occasions.

Accommodating up to 300 guests, the new Valley venue blends contemporary design with the rugged natural beauty that has long made Blue Mountain a sought-after destination for events.

The spacious indoor setting features abundant natural light, expansive mountain views, a private bar and a dance floor, creating a flexible backdrop for weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations and special events.

The Valley venue also offers a flexible, open-air setting that can be tailored to complement each event’s style. Working with Blue Mountain’s event planners, guests can customize their experience with enhancements including outdoor seating and tent options for expanded gathering spaces, cozy fire pits for guests and outdoor lawn games such as cornhole, volleyball and more.

The result is a relaxed, personalized celebration surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pocono Mountains.

In addition to the new Valley venue, Blue Mountain’s event offerings include the Vista Ballroom and Alpine Ballroom, mountaintop venues featuring sweeping Pocono views and versatile layouts designed to accommodate celebrations and gatherings of varying sizes.

All event spaces offer customized food and beverage experiences and the support of the resort’s experienced event team.

“Capturing the beauty of our Pocono Mountain setting, the new Valley venue creates a seamless connection between the indoor event experience and the surrounding landscape,” Luke Wynen, director of sales for the resort, said in a news release.

“We’re excited to introduce this new space and provide guests with even more opportunities to gather, celebrate and create lasting memories at Blue Mountain Resort,” Wynen said.

A longtime destination in the Pocono Mountains, Blue Mountain offers guests the opportunity to pair events with year-round experiences, including outdoor adventures, seasonal activities, overnight stays and group offerings.
