Regarding Ms. Hawk’s letter dated Aug. 8, I am voting for my country. My country does not attack police, elderly people or even statues. Patricia, name me one Democrat who has voiced a plan for the virus. It’s always shut down places of worship and trampling on people’s rights. It’s easy to sit back and complain; your reference to the tea party is old news. Haven’t seen them burning, looting, raping and YES pillaging. I will vote for my country, it’s just a different country that you envision.
