State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A man and woman, both 22 and from Kunkletown, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to a domestic disturbance at 7:59 p.m. July 9 on Ralph Samuel Boulevard, Polk Township.

Police said that the two were involved in an altercation with each other that turned physical.

• A 70-year-old Kunkletown woman is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident police were called to at 11:17 a.m. July 12 on Almar Lane, Eldred Township.

She told police that someone attempted to access her Verizon Wireless account.
