Fire companies from Schuylkill, Carbon and Luzerne counties responded to a working structure fire Thursday afternoon in Banks Township. The call came in around 3 p.m.. at 251 Hope St. When firefighters arrived on scene they found a wood frame garage fully involved in flames. Due to remote location of the scene water had to tanked into the site.
