East Stroudsburg Student teachers
Over 200 future educators from East Stroudsburg University’s College of Education gained hands-on experience through field experience and student teaching during the spring 2026 academic semester.
Local students included:
Albrightsville: Ashley Truman, a special and early childhood education major, worked in the Pocono Mountain School District.
Brodheadsville: Tanya Caponsacco, a special education K-12 major, worked in the East Stroudsburg School District.
Effort: Matthew Burnett, a health and physical education major, worked in the Wilson and Pleasant Valley school districts; Carlos Ramirez, a health and physical education major, worked in the Bethlehem and Stroudsburg school district; Yssence Andino, an early childhood education (PreK-4) grad major, worked in the Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg school district; Sophia Salvi, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the Bethlehem School District; Lilyanna Barnes, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the Stroudsburg School District; Triniti Dalrymple, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the Pocono Mountain School District.
Kunkletown: Madisyn Schubert, a special and early childhood education major, worked in the Pleasant Valley and East Stroudsburg school districts; Reina Ortiz, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the Stroudsburg School District; Erica Rabb, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the Bethlehem School District; Beth Green, an elementary education grad major, worked in the Stroudsburg School District.
Palmerton: Michael Noyola, a health and physical education major, worked in the Parkland and Palmerton school districts; Christopher Fredericks, a professional secondary social studies grad major, worked in the East Stroudsburg and Pocono Mountain school districts.
Saylorsburg: Emma Martin, an early childhood education (PreK-4) major, worked in the East Stroudsburg School District; Zoe Spritzer, a professional secondary French grad major, worked in the Great Valley School District; and Christopher Daddis, a middle level education 4-8 social studies major, worked in the East Stroudsburg School District.
