Four Tamaqua Area High School seniors were recently acknowledged on Fine Arts Signing Day. The annual event, hosted by the owners of Swickerdoodles Cake Pops and the Schuylkill County Council of the Arts, recognizes students who intend to further their education in fine arts after graduation from high school.
