Four candidates are running in the May 19th Primary, hoping to be the Democrat who defeats MAGA MacKenzie. I endorse Carol Obando Derstine.

Carol is well qualified, well educated and has the qualities that will make her an excellent US Representative for PA-07. She is an Energy Systems Engineer, has extensive experience running large non-profits, worked with Sen Bob Casey as a public liaison, and worked at PPL Electric helping customers to lower their electric bills.

Carol will work for us; Former US Rep. Susan Wild was the first to endorse her, and knows Carol as being no-drama, no politics, no secrets candidate.

Carol has lived in the Lehigh Valley for two decades with her husband, raising their two children in the community she hopes to serve. Carol will work for working families, as she also supports small businesses, which are the backbone of our economy. Let’s send a hard working woman to fight for us in Washington.
