Lehighton Area School District board approved several coaching hires at its April 27 meeting. The following positions and stipends were approved:

• Will White, head boys basketball coach, 2026-27 winter season, at a stipend of $6,139.

• Anthony Rossino, assistant boys soccer coach, at a stipend of $3,811.

• Jessica McCarroll, middle school field hockey coach, at a stipend of $3,716 for the spring 2025-26 season.

• Heather Spotts, middle school field hockey coach, at a stipend of $3,716 for the fall 2026-27 season.

• Mary Kaye Snyder and Carol Snyder, volunteer field hockey coaches.
