In response to a statement made recently where the writer said that Republicans make things up like their hero God does.

I refuse to expose myself to a political debate because it is always fruitless and my response has nothing to do with politics. This kind of mindset is the root of all the hatred and division that is so prominent in our society today.

We as Christians have a calling to support and defend our God. A statement like this can only be made by someone who has very little knowledge of our God and his relevance and power. We must be careful when we express our opinions and made hateful statements about things that we are not familiar with. Anyone who takes the time to study our Bible (word of God) will be amazed at the truth and authority that it contains.

Despite the damage being done, I have to feel sorry for these people and the hateful attitude that they possess. We read in Galatians chapter 6 verses 7 and 8 where the Apostle Paul said, “The Lord our God will not be mocked.”

The only true love and harmony is found in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who is God himself as a perfect human sacrifice to accomplish our redemption.
