Jonathan R. CordayKevin HorvathBetty M. Wensel, 54, Lehighton, was charged by Agent Thomas W. Seder of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General with manufacture, delivery or intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance on April 4, 2019.

She pleaded guilty, and Serfass sentenced her to serve from six months to one year and 11 months in the Carbon County Correctional Facility, with credit for 132 days already served.

Serfass also ordered Wensel to pay a $100 LiveScan fee and a $50 monthly supervision fee. He also ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommended treatment.
