A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence.

State police at Fern Ridge said Anthony Colosi, 31, of Tobyhanna, was stopped at 1:42 a.m. on Dec. 22 for numerous traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence and taken to the barracks for a breath test.

Charges were filed.

A New York state driver is facing charges following a traffic stop along Interstate 80 in Kidder Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Manuel Agosto, 30, of Central Islip, was stopped about 1:59 a.m. on Dec. 7 for numerous traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence. A search of his vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana.

Charges were filed.
