The Jim Thorpe boys and girls teams dominated Thursday among 21 schools at the Olympian Invitational.
The Olympian boys captured wins in two relay races, taking the 4x100 in 42.35 and the 4x400 in 3:25.50. Kayden Spence also gained an individual win in the 400 with a time of 48.65.
Robert Levins took a silver in the long jump (20-11 3/4), while Spencer Gothard and Gavin Strohl both gained a bronze respectively in the 300 hurdles (41.24) and discus (143-35).
Marian’s Jacob Tom took the top spot in both the long jump (21-9 1/4) and the triple jump (42-5 1/4), while teammate Wade Eroh was second in the 3200 (10:30.54).
Panther Valley’s Gino Williams was second in the javelin (152-9).
On the girls side, Thorpe’s Logan Gillespie earned second-place finishes in both the 1600 (5:22.51) and the 3200 (11:53.07).
JT’s Madilyn Off was second in the pole vault (7-10), and Isabella Roman also was second in the javelin (109-2). The Olympians’ Vanessa Sadler captured a third in the shot put (30-3).
