State police at the Frackville barracks reported that Justin Jacobacci, 43, of Marysville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a one-vehicle crash at 9:37 p.m. April 17 at the intersection of the Clamtown and Wildcat roads in Walker Township.

Police said he was driving a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 at the time.

They said Jacobacci refused to submit to a legal blood draw.
