The annual meeting of the stockholders of the Tri-County State Bank was held this week in Bowmanstown.

Re-elected to the board were Carl A. Johnson, Benjamin Levine, Ralph Mooney, Donald Noll, Attorney Martin H. Philip, Herman W.D. Steigerwalt, Dr. Wayne C. Weaver and Attorney James Wimmer.

During reorganizational matters, Atty. Philip was renamed chairman of the board and senior vice president; Johnson, president; Noll, vice president; Steigerwalt, secretary; Donald L. Hoffner, cashier; Martin T. Arnold, Jean E. Balliet, Robert L. Berger, June H. Merkel and Eddie R. Powell, assistant cashiers; and Joseph Gemmel, Nancy Lichtenwalter, Irene O’Brian and Ellen T. Katherman, assistant secretaries.

Tri-County, headquartered in Bowmanstown, has branch offices in Lehighton, Northampton and Whitehall.
