Black ice forming at the intersection of routes 148 and 145 in Lehigh Township on cold mornings was a topic of discussion at the Lehigh Township supervisors this week. Supervisor Cindy Miller said she has contacted state Rep. Zach Mako’s office as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The road is not sloped correctly in that area.
