The driver of a vehicle that struck a traffic control sign on Quakake Road, Packer Township, was uninjured, state police at the Hazleton barracks said.

Police did not identify the driver of the 2008 Toyota 4-Runner that was eastbound when it left the south side of the road and hit the sign.

The vehicle was damaged but able to be driven from the scene, police said.
